2. Refund and cancellation of the purchase occurs when we have received the products in return.
Remember that you are responsible for ensuring that the package arrive to us in good condition.

When replacing, you as a customer stands for the return cost, we will then send the new product without cost.
We will NOT refund hair extensions and cosmetic products that have been used.
When returning the product it should be unused and unopened package or it will NOT be accepted and will be sent back to you.
Hair extensions can easily be removed from the plastic case and held up against your own hair to compare. Hair that is returned must be in the package in the same condition it was delivered. Do not remove the hair from the cardboard base as it is attached to, these returns will NOT be accepted.
If you are in a need to make a change quickly, do the following. Make a new order and pay as normal. We ship promptly and deliver it as usual very quickly. Send back the product you want to return with the return form and we will cancel the purchase as soon as the return arrives to us.
